Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Binary Puzzle at www.binarypuzzle.space. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Binary Puzzle provides browser-based logic games, Daily puzzles, hints, guides, local progress storage, and related content. No account or purchase is required for the current service.
2. Permission to use Binary Puzzle
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the service for personal, household, classroom, or other lawful non-commercial play, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with the service, security controls, or another person's use;
- send malware, automated abuse, excessive requests, or deceptive traffic;
- scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the puzzle library or guides for a competing service;
- misrepresent ownership, remove notices, or use the service unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
Normal browser play, accessibility tools, search indexing that follows our robots instructions, and reasonable classroom use are allowed.
4. Puzzle quality and availability
We use automated rule and unique-solution checks before publishing a puzzle. Software can still contain defects. If a board appears invalid, send its puzzle ID and a description to contact@binarypuzzle.space.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, sizes, difficulty calibration, or content. We do not promise uninterrupted access or preservation of browser data, and you are responsible for maintaining any records you need.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, software, original puzzle presentations, guides, branding, and other original content are owned by Binary Puzzle or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. General Binary Puzzle rules and mathematical ideas are not claimed as exclusive property.
6. Feedback and messages
You keep ownership of feedback you send. You give us permission to use ideas and suggestions without payment or confidentiality obligations, provided we do not publish your personal information without an appropriate basis.
7. Third-party services and links
The service may rely on hosting providers or link to independent websites. We do not control third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Binary Puzzle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the free service, loss of local progress, interruption, or third-party conduct. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent harm. Provisions that should logically survive will remain effective.
11. Governing rules and disputes
Applicable law and courts depend on the service operator's location and any mandatory protections in your place of residence. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. These Terms do not require you to give up rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes and contact
